How long have you been zazzling?

I've been zazzling: 3 years though, I started making products the year before
and opened my store in 2009.

What made me open my store:
I wanted to sell cards to friends (<---actually gave many away as gifts) and local stores.)

Who was your first sale?
My first sale was to my dentist who bought a bunch of customized "reminder cards" (see link above).

What's your favorite design:
My most favorite design is Walden Pond Calendars.(see above)

My favorite aspect of Zazzle (vs. other on-line companies)
The ease of using their program. It's very easy to use and in my case I love cards--I can use the whole space of the card to create (i.e. front, back/both sides inside the card--no limits on writing)

How much time do I devote to Zazzle?
About 1 hour a day.

What are the 3 things everyone should know about you?

1.I love the outdoors and staying in rustic settings.

2. Waking up outdoors, hearing morning/night sounds, and feeling the sun come through my tent door.

3.I love seeing expressions in nature and try to capture feelings invoked in me through my photography. It's not really about capturing the physical scene for me, but more about capturing a deep feeling, that arises from seeing the natural world.

How much did I earn the first month?
First month: $0.00
Second month: $2.50

How long after opening your store did you become a pro-member?
Two years: for first level
Two and 1/2 years for the bronze level.

What has Zazzle helped you achieve?
To use a high quality tool to produce products that otherwise would be out of my reach. I love their volume discounts. It also allows me to create things just the way I want others to see them.

Advice for newbie:
That one never gets over being a newbie: E.G. I'm always looking to others that are creating or experiencing sales far beyond me. And most importantly, I use that to inspire myself. I think if they can to it, I likely can too. I try not to dwell on my deficits. For example I'm not as good as others on web creating/linking and doing fancy store maneuvers. Instead I remind myself what I am good at. If I go through a period of not selling, I remind myself that creating and seeing my products is sometimes reward enough.
Thank you so much, Bo
Please let us know your blog address and what does "bump" mean? I see you used that expression a couple times?
